I found out about this series when I first realized the nail ripping scene on October 2023..
Do I like it:
Well, I'm not saying it's bad, but I like the horror scenes cuz they don't scare me.. I also like the non-horror scenes cuz although they're not scary (well, neither are the horror scenes in my opinion..), some of them are funny and cute, and make the series seem like a kids show. It's the reason why I think Higurashi is not bad but I'm basically neutral to it.
I love Rena too because although she's a psycho, she's also a cute character who just wants to take cute things home, despite the fact that they aren't hers. She also loves cute things (well, "kyute")
Basically, she's one of my favorite characters in the whole Higurashi franchise, alongside Keiichi and Satoko.
